Testimonials

From Elle Supple (KS)

From Danielle Falor (KS)

Hi Sandy, this is Ellie Supple. I was the girl in the brown sweatshirt and shorts in the second row of Dr. Ellner’s secondary methods class! I wanted to start with introducing myself and tell you how inspiring your presentation was. Thank you so much for taking the time to talk with us, we all appreciate it more than you know!

A little about me, I am from the growing town of Gardner, KS, a suburb south of Kansas City. We live on about 5 or so acres and have a couple animals (I like to call it the funny farm)! Similar to your story, I had been an athlete my whole life and dreamt of being a teacher, so it only made sense to go into PE! Going into it, I knew I wanted to make more of a difference on the younger generation than just being the teacher everyone loves! I want to be the culture changer of the community I’m in and serve!

You and your mission is exactly what I’ve been looking for! It would be my honor to connect with you and continue the work you have done!

Thank you again, looking forward to meeting up with you in Hays and chatting more!

I cannot say enough positive things about Sandy Moore, Heart Rate Zones, and Show Me FITT! Her visit to my aerobics class was truly transformational — both for my students and for me as an educator.

Sandy brought an incredible level of energy, expertise, and passion for fitness education that immediately engaged every student in the room. She broke down the concept of resting heart rate, target heart rate, and heart rate training zones in a way that was hands-on, interactive, and meaningful for high school learners using the heart rate zones for the first time!  I highly recommend her and these devices!
